At our chef’s counter, we welcome guests to participate in our take on the Japanese tradition of omakase. With only ten seats, guests are free to observe and engage with the chefs. Our food, though fundamentally Japanese, incorporates techniques and flavours that represent our diverse experiences and backgrounds. The ingredients we use are sourced with great care. This reverence for tradition combined with an openness to new ideas allows for an exciting dining experience.
